Description
The third official deviation in my collection of Disney Villains: Ursula, the Witch of the Sea from 1989's classic animated feature "The Little Mermaid".
UPDATE: I improved the shape of the torso a little bit and I gave the contract a magical glow, now it looks more like the one in the movie, and I think this glow gave it a nice touch, specially since now it really affects the lighting of the scene.

I'm not 100% happy with her, specially with the hair and her torso 
but I'm glad I'm back on track and my Disney Villains Collection is finally happening. And if I have to wait to be 100% happy with each character I'll put out one a year instead of one the 28th of every month as I intend to do this year 
I know she never actually held the pen in her hand, btw. This is a rather simple sculpt job, I approach these characters as if I was sculpting a toy or a figurine, trying to remain true to the original design but with a little thing of my own there too. Made in Sculptris, with some elements modeled in trueSpace, rendered in Keyshot and finished in Photoshop.
